Epartment who??
Epartment is a small company of approximately 25 people, of which the vast majority are developers. We consider ourselves a development house and a powerhouse within the Magento 2 development sphere. We build large, complex webshops for mostly Medium+ sized companies. Our niche is found in that we build the entire ecommerce process. From the design process in Figma, to building the webshops from scratch, to the integration with the customers ERP and PIM system. Start to end, we've got it covered. We like making large products with small teams, because that is how we challenge ourselves to be better. Our coolest projects are those which are custom through and through, because they force us to rethink the way in which a product is bought.

Culture:
Epartment prides itself in its attitude. We're informal through and through. Say what you really believe, prove what you say and most of all, be open and authentic. Because of this, we have a hugely informal vibe in the office which also seeps through to our business. We open our doors as frequently as possible to visitors to ensure there is no mystery around our company and what we do. We enjoy working hard on new challenges and then relaxing hard with some food and a few beers.

We place a lot of emphasis on personal growth, although we also believe you are in control of your own growth. People with ambition thrive most at Epartment, because they grab the room available to learn. Show your ambition and we make sure to strengthen it via courses, internal presentations, hackathons. Your certifications and work will reflect the skills you earned.

Is everyone welcome at Epartment?
Yes, pretty much everyone is welcome to plan a visit via Ian. Note that with regards to internships, we only offer a limited amount of spaces per quartile. This is simply because we're relatively small and not of the intention to become huge, quickly. A relaxed, controlled growth is our preference.
